- Will Our Bar Mitzvah DJ Play Our Music?
Yes, absolutely! Above everything else, we want to be playing the exact music you want to hear all night long. Our Bar Mitzvah DJs can also take requests both during the event and also on our online planning forms.
When completing your online planning forms, you can select your 1) must play songs, 2) optional songs to play, and 3) your do not play songs.
- Do I Have To Pay A Deposit?
In order to secure our services, our team requires a 50% deposit. This fee is 100% refundable up to 3 months before your Bar Mitzvah. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your party. You can read more on our FAQ page.
- Can I Meet My DJ In Person?
Absolutely! We always recommend meeting our team in person. We can sit down, buy you coffee and discuss your event. If meeting in person isn’t possible, we can always schedule a phone call, Skype call or consult over email. Want to learn more about our DJ team?
- Will My DJ Accept Requests?
Definitely. Our Bar Mitzvah DJ can play as many requests as you’d like! If we can get access to the venues wifi, we’ll be able to download any songs necessary on the fly.
- Can I Select My DJ?
Absolutely! We have 9 amazing DJs that you’re able to select from. The decison just depends on our availability and your preferences. However, you’re welcome to talk to as many of our team members as you’d like until you find the right fit.

- Can Our DJ Play Ethnic Music?
Absolutely, or DJs for Bar Mitzvah’s can play any music you’d like them to! Whenever there is ethnic music involved, we always recommend sending us the songs that you would like to be played. You can send us your music by either 1) sending a YouTube link to info@djing.ca, 2) providing us a dropbox or google drive file or 3) bringing a USB Stick to your event with the music you want played and labelled properly with the Artist & Title.
