Would It Be Recommend to Have A Wedding DJ For One’s Wedding?

Does Professional Wedding DJ Vancouver say what if I told you that there was an excellent solution for your wedding party’s sound system needs? If it could be done in such a way as to make the music louder and more enjoyable without sacrificing any of its musical quality or volume? How about, if this solution were available at no cost to you? And what if this solution would also increase the overall enjoyment of your wedding day? Well, my friend, we have just the thing!
It all started when I was asked to perform at a wedding reception in which the bride and groom had requested that their wedding reception feature a professional Wedding DJ. The Wedding DJ, who performed on behalf of the couple, had not only been performing professionally for years but he was also very experienced with mixing music. This meant that his mixes would usually include some type of electronic dance music (EDM) tracks. As a result, the Bride and Groom wanted to keep things interesting during their big day so they requested that I play something different than what most people might expect from me.
I think you can guess what my response was…
So how about this as a suggestion? Why don’t you get yourself one of those high-end wireless speakers that are being marketed these days? They will give off a lot more sound than the typical stereo speaker systems. Most of them have rechargeable batteries so you won’t have to worry about running an extension cord to them. You may have a video screen that loops your wedding photos or displays text messages from visitors.
Using a proper PA system is even better:
They’re louder, more clear, and less likely to suffer from sound dropouts.
Now, if you’re worried about the “look” of having a bunch of loudspeakers and wires and batteries and things, don’t worry about that either. PA systems typically come in fancy road case cabinets with handles and wheels on them so they can easily be pushed into a corner or closet somewhere out of sight.
What Does Do recommend to Hire A Wedding DJ?
I recommended you should hire a wedding DJ. Professional entertainers know how to keep the party going and what music to play at the correct time. If you don’t want a typical “Wedding DJ,” consider hiring a band instead.

Should I Have A Band or DJ At My Wedding?
That, my friend, is the biggest question to address when planning your wedding.
Some people say, why not have both? Others say one is clearly better than the other. I say it comes down to HOW you’re having your wedding and WHO you’re trying to please. I think that ultimately it’s your wedding, so if you want to please yourself or the bride then, by all means, go with a band or DJ if that’s what you want.
Here are Tips to pick a good Vancouver Wedding DJ !!!
Most Wedding DJs have websites nowadays and will have lots of recent pictures of themselves and their equipment. They should also have an audio and visual sample of their work on the site. Some even have a chat feature that you can use to contact the dj in question.
Take advantage of these tools because they will help you get a feel for the DJ before you actually meet them. If they don’t have a website, or if their site isn’t very good, then go with someone else. A website is the cheapest and easiest way to promote your business in this day and age so if a DJ doesn’t have one then there are some question marks about their professionalism.

Finally, while not all of them do, some DJs will include a contract with their queries.
If they ask for a contract, be sure you’re happy with your Wedding DJ before signing. Before signing a contract, it’s best to have a lawyer review it.
You should contact Vancouver wedding DJs directly via phone or email. You’ll get a sense of their personality, which is often more significant than their DJ talents.
Weddings are by their very nature highly emotional events. The music plays a key role in setting the mood and if the DJ is competent then they can really add a special something to your wedding day. If you’re unsure about anything at all, it doesn’t hurt to ask the DJ, “Will you be sure to have (whatever) for this song because it’s my mother’s favorite,” or “I really need you to keep the dance floor packed all night because that’s when I’m going to be dancing with my Dad.”
Your wedding is a one-of-a-kind event and should be treated as such. Your Wedding DJ can make or break the wedding so make sure you pick someone competent, friendly and personable who can “read” the crowd and act accordingly. Good luck.
